They are good quality and are in perfect working order, weighing in pounds and ounces up to 10lbs in 1oz divisions and 4.5kg in 25g divisions. The base is bright red enamelled metal and the weighing dish is white plastic. A great retro item for the kitchen. Marked to the dial KRUPS MADE IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
