RETRO BOXED DANISH STAINLESS STEEL AND PLASTIC SEGMENTED HORS D OEUVRE TRAY
Dating from the 1970s, or thereabouts, is this fabulous Hors D Oeuvre tray, made in Denmark and still in its original box. The circular tray is not marked but the box is labelled stainless steel Styrone High Moleculare and Made in Denmark. The stainless steel tray is fairly heavy and has a lovely finish. It could easily be used for other purposes as it looks and feels so good. The individual dishes which sit on the tray are made from a rigid smoked plastic and they segment the circle into five outer parts surrounding a central round dish. Each dish is removeable from the tray and has a dimpled non-slip base. All dishes are marked Made in Denmark. Although there is no makers name, this item has a certain good quality about it. The box itself is worth owning alone for its retro look. Suitable for use indoors or outdoors, this is a stylish way to serve nibbles/hors doeuvre.

CONDITION:The tray is in brilliant condition. The box is also in very good order although the underside which has the same photo as the front has some of the paper surface removed (approx.4cm long and 2cm wide).This is on the underside and does not detract from the photo as a whole.
