1960S FORMICA & WICKER COCKTAIL TRAY

A long rectangular cocktail tray, dating from the 1960s or thereabouts. The base is made from wipeable, hard-wearing, wood-grain formica. The tray surround is wicker basket weave which has been woven through the base and plaited at the rim.It has beads at either end in the raised carrying sections. What makes this tray really superb are the stylised black and white transfers of cocks fighting in the midday sun and six recipes for cocktails and suggestions for serving. Bloody Mary, White Lady Cocktail, Manhattan Cocktail, Sidecar Cocktail and Prairie Oyster Cocktail. Fabulous! The tray is in mint condition and looks great on display, for keeping cocktail glasses and accessories on and ofcourse, using to mix and serve your cocktails. This would also make a great gift for retro collectors and cocktail fanatics.
